Today was closing day. 🏡✨
Almost 11 months ago, I met my client in the most unexpected way. I was hosting an open house for a coworker in a subdivision she wasn’t even interested in. Her cousin was touring the home and connected us through FaceTime on an iPad.
During that call, she told me exactly what she wanted and exactly which subdivision she wanted to be in. She never wavered.
Over the next 11 months, we toured more than 20 homes, passed on houses that weren’t the right fit, and stayed patient while waiting for the right opportunity.
When the perfect home finally became available, we moved quickly and got to the closing table in just 21 days.
This is why I believe in open houses. You never know which conversation, connection, or FaceTime call will turn into a client, a relationship, and ultimately a successful closing.
Congratulations to my client on finally getting the home she had her heart set on all along. Sometimes the best things are worth waiting for.
