My name is Gina Powell McKenzie. I have a passion for real estate and the community.

I have served the people of Southwest Georgia as a licensed real estate agent for more than 20 years. I enjoy meeting and working with people to fulfill their dreams of property ownership and I am dedicated to making the steps to achieve their dreams as simple as possible. I work diligently with my clients and as a team, we get the job done quickly and efficiently. I have a friendly, outgoing personality and I always provide service with a smile. My areas of expertise include residential, commercial, and small/large tracts of land. No property is too big or small for me to assist you with purchasing the property you desire. I believe the relationship aspect of a real estate transaction is as important as expertise. I have furthered my real estate education and obtained my broker's license in December 2021. I am constantly learning and staying up to date on the ever-changing aspects of real estate. I am a firm believer that knowledge is power and the more you know the more you grow! I have worked as a project manager for large commercial construction and interior design for both commercial and residential properties. I am serving as the 2021 & 2022 President of the Southwest Georgia Board of Realtors and served as past chairman of the Education committees and Membership committee of the board for several years, as well as community outreach and public relations events hosted by Southwest Georgia Board of Realtors. I was the recipient of the Realtor of the Year award in 2021. I believe in being active in your community to help make it a better place for all to live. I have served as a past director on my local Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and organized fundraiser events for the American Cancer Society. I am an avid tennis player with USTA Georgia and serve as Secretary of the Community Tennis Association in Mitchell County. I serve on the board for the ProAm Invitational Tennis Tournament held annually in Camilla, Ga. where Pro tennis players come from all over the world to play with local amateurs and conduct clinics to teach new skills. This invitational is a large charity event held to raise money for multiple charities in Mitchell County such as the Food Bank, the Service Center, and many more. I am a member of Southside Baptist Church in Camilla, Ga. I look forward to serving the people of Southwest Georgia for years to come.
