What's it going to be?? That was the main question we got while cleaning out 701 Franklin down to a blank slate. Although it's unknown what will be the "next thing" that gets to call Plat 1 in Pella, IA home, the building owners recognize the significance and importance of keeping this building as the treasure it is. What an honor to get to be a part of the story- from new siding, windows, and paint up above, to tearing out carpet, ceiling tiles, and wall paneling from the old store. Can't wait to see what's next!
