After a nice long “maternity leave”, I’m slowly getting back to it!!
Got this beautiful new build under contract! I’m beyond thrilled for my first time home owners. They simply wanted a low maintenance house that they can be the first to knock a nail in the wall, be the first to hang a picture. Such a beautiful thought to be the first family to mark this from a house to a *HOME*!

Note: Not to mention the deal they got. The 3.99% interest rate and incentives were incredible!!
