🚨 Fellow Realtors... can we talk about showing feedback for a minute?

I've had multiple showings on one of my listings, but only one agent has taken the time to leave feedback.

First, I want to sincerely thank the agents who consistently take a minute to provide feedback. It doesn't go unnoticed, and it truly helps us better serve our sellers.

As listing agents, we're not asking for feedback just for ourselves—we're asking for our sellers. They deserve to know how their home is being received, what buyers are saying, and whether there's anything we can improve.

We're all working toward the same goal: helping our clients buy and sell homes. A few minutes of honest feedback can make a huge difference. Maybe there's an odor that needs to be addressed, a pricing concern, or something simple the seller can improve. That information helps us better serve our clients, and it ultimately helps your buyers too.

Professionalism, communication, and cooperation are what make our industry stronger. Let's continue supporting one another by taking a moment to leave feedback after a showing.
