Sold! What a great way to start off 2026. We are thrilled to have closed the transaction for 5329 Sussex Ln in Pace. This was a great home in a very family oriented neighborhood. I wanted to give a big THANK YOU to the sellers for allowing me the opportunity to represent them. The transaction was quite seamless. Even if this isn’t a “prime” market, tons of buyers and sellers are still transacting. And rates are slowly but surely working their way down. Just sold! Patrick and I are very thankful to say that these two great properties closed in the past week. These two transactions were special. On one hand, we had a seller that did an entire renovation from the studs up, which ended up allowing a younger buyer to get themselves a new and improved rental property.

On the other hand, we had a couple looking to downsize from their larger home, which ended up allowing a first time buyer to get their first home, where they can hopefully make many great memories.

Thank you to Kuhn Realty and all those involved that helped us get to the closing table, whether that’s our go to handyman Paul, the lender, the inspector, or the folks at the title company who help in so many ways!

Just sold! It was a great experience being able to help an out of town client find their new Florida home. It was cool to see our area as a non local, and to get to show them what all we have to offer! Sometimes getting caught up in the day to day, we forget about how beautiful of an area we get to call home. And how unique it is to have the pristine beaches, historic downtown, and beautiful farmland so close together.

I’m also excited to say I have completed my first Gulf Breeze Proper transaction. Here’s to many more!
