The 2026 Parade of Homes may be wrapped up, but we’re already looking ahead!
Planning is underway for the 2027 Dream Home, and we’re excited to work alongside FD Builds to bring next year’s home to life.

Okay… it’s getting REAL. 🏡💙
The meetings have officially started for the 2027 HBA Dream Home, and I don’t think we’ve stopped smiling.
We’re sitting down with vendors, suppliers, trade partners, and businesses from across our community, and these conversations are reminding me exactly why I wanted FD Builds to take this on.
Because we are not just trying to build a beautiful house.
We want to build something our entire community can be proud of.
And we have some BIG ideas. 👀
We’re putting together a marketing and storytelling plan unlike anything we’ve ever done at FD Builds.
Over the next year, we’re going to take you behind the scenes of this Dream Home from the very beginning through our new Building With Heart podcast, video, social media, radio, events, tours, and some pretty incredible community moments we haven’t announced yet.
And if your company comes alongside us as a donor, supplier, or trade partner, we want people to know you helped build it.
We’re working on some really special ways to give back to the companies who give to this project through marketing exposure, storytelling, events, recognition, content, and opportunities to put your brand in front of the thousands of people who will follow this home from dirt to Dream Home.
But even bigger than the marketing…
I want people to know the HEART behind the businesses who say yes.
The contractors. The suppliers. The sales reps. The manufacturers. The local businesses. The people who look at this vision and say, “We’re in.”
And I have to tell you, we have been completely humbled by the number of people who are already coming FULL ON BOARD with this vision.
Some of the conversations happening behind the scenes right now have absolutely blown me away.
There are still pieces of this home we’re looking for, so if you’ve been thinking about getting involved, call us, message us, email us. But do it QUICK.
We’re being intentional about the partners and products that will be represented in this home, and the response we’re already receiving is incredible.
And maybe that’s because this is becoming about so much more than building a Dream Home.
There is something incredibly meaningful behind this project for us.
Something I can’t fully share yet.
Something that goes beyond the house, beyond the finishes, beyond the marketing, and even beyond the year we’re going to spend building it.
There is a much bigger why behind what we’re doing.
And when the time is right, I cannot WAIT to tell you.
For now, just know this:
We aren’t simply building a house. We’re building something with heart.
And we absolutely cannot do it without the people and businesses in this community who believe in what this can become.
So come be part of it.
