Wanna know something exciting?

I recently made the move to Coldwell Banker Realty - Pace FL Office, and while that alone is an exciting step (especially because I get to learn from an incredible mentor and work alongside some amazing friends at Sunbelt Title Agency—looking at you, Kim Anderson 😉), that's not even the best part.

With this transition, I've also joined the Living In Pensacola Group and now have the opportunity to work alongside Jaime Walker and Phil Baker. I'm incredibly grateful for this next chapter and can't wait to share what we've been building behind the scenes. Big things are coming, and I can't wait for you all to see what's ahead for the rest of the year!

Big changes are happening, and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead!

First, I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve joined the Coldwell Banker Realty - Pace FL Office. I’m already getting settled in and looking forward to all the opportunities this new chapter will bring.

Second, I’m officially operating my transaction coordination company, Smooth Closings Coordination, full-time! Helping real estate professionals stay organized and create seamless transactions is something I truly love. If you've worked with me before, you already know that paperwork is basically my best friend. From contracts and deadlines to compliance and communication, I enjoy keeping everything on track so agents can focus on serving their clients.
