Today's closing was certainly bittersweet for this wonderful couple. While saying goodbye to a place that has meant so much to their family was emotional, but they are grateful knowing a new family will now have the opportunity to call this special property home and create memories of their own.

Some closings are about more than just real estate; they’re about chapters of life coming to a close.

After 25+ years together in the same home, this wonderful couple officially said goodbye to the property that held decades of memories, milestones, hard work, and love.

Their home and acreage were beautiful but maintaining it all had become a lot over the years. They begin a new chapter in a ranch home that will hopefully bring them a little more ease, comfort, and time to simply enjoy life together.

Leaving a home after that many years is never easy. Every room, every tree, every corner carries a story. But sometimes the next step isn’t about leaving memories behind, t’s about creating space for a simpler season ahead.

✔️ Disabled Veteran (available to veterans with a service-connected disability rating of 30% or more)
✔️ Natural Disaster Exemption (available to homeowners who had to rebuild following a widespread natural disaster)
✔️ Other special exemptions
