We have this tree in our yard, today the scent is really high and sweet. We purposely planted it near the garbage hoppers 😂. When I smell it, it always reminds me of 2 corinthians 2:15 (For we are to God the pleasing aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing.)

The Tea olive a broadleaf evergreen that can grow quite large, need plenty of space. The Tea Olive thrives best in full sun or part shade, flowering with white blossoms that create a delightful fragrance. It also attracts 🐝.

Happy Wednesday Hump Day! You know what that means? We're getting so close to the last Food Truck Friday of the season! Meet us in Downtown Perry, GA this Friday from 6-10PM! Live entertainment from the Megan Brent Blues band will begin at 7:30, our FREE kids zone will be open, and 20 trucks will takeover Carroll and Ball Street! Are you as pumped as we are?!

Perry's first ever Splash Pad is now OPEN!
Mayor and Council and the City of Perry's Leisure Services Department are thrilled to be able to provide the best + FREE aquatic amenity possible for the community and visitors, while also allowing for the maximum amount of time for enjoyment throughout the year. The Splash Pad is the first of its kind in Perry!

Go NOW and cool off under a variety of water fountains, and 2 water cannons! A large picnic area is available as well under the pavilion so take lunch, snacks, or early dinner!

Time of day to go enjoy: Everyday between 8 am-10 pm (Park hours)
Where: Creekwood Park, 110 Ida Lasseter Circle. (off of Creekwood Dr.)
