Realtor friends…. I have listing under contract that has to go through Orphans court. I need 2 realtors independent from my company or the buyers agents company (KW NEWTOWN) to conduct a brief walk thru and verify that our pricing is correct. It’s a very quick and easy process from what I’m told.

The property is a townhome in Jamison, and I’d prefer this to be done tomorrow at the latest. I currently have one realtor willing to do it so I just need one kind soul. Please DM me if you can do this.
