Friday Post-Closing is a must. Unlike some others in the industry, I refuse to start the weekend without having all post closing check lists completed. All wires are made, all mail and checks are out of the door, all documents are submitted for recording. And I get to take some of these delicious macaroons to my kids (most people at todays last settlement are on a diet, their loss).
