If your not willing to exchange bank accounts with the person who is giving you investment advice most likely it's bad advice 🤷‍♂️

Everyone has opinions, but do they have the evidence to support it? Do they have cash flowing rental properties? Do they flip houses and turn a profit? Do they have performing stock holding? Do they have multiple streams of income outside of working labor? 🙅‍♂️

Expectation is such a power tools Expect good to come into your life and be a co-operative component to what your asking for and the results have to follow. That's Universal LAW

Step 1. You ask for your desires
Step 2. It's given( not you job)
Step 3. Get in the receptive mood ( expect the good you asked you)
Step 4. Get really good at Step 3 ( be a co operative component to your desires)
Step 5. Understand that step 1 is going to will always happen and you don't bring negative contrast to Step 1 moments.

Sellers want to sell problem properties during the winter to avoid the headache.

Sellers want the extra money for the holidays and upcoming spring events

My Favorite... People are home on their phones, and more willing to speak about their property.
