As the new school year approaches, I want to wish all of the Widener families a happy, healthy, and safe start to the semester.

This time of year is exciting, but it can also be stressful for parents and students alike as everyone gets ready for move-in, classes, and new routines. I hope the transition is smooth and the year ahead brings success to all.

Owning may offer benefits like building equity, potentially comparable monthly costs, stable year-round housing, the option to have roommates help offset expenses, and more control over the living environment.
