First settlement of 2024 deserves a permanent spot on Facebook! 🎉 It’s rewarding to help people through the home buying process, but I have to share a truly special moment during this transaction.
On a whim my buyers and I decided to loop back and drive by a house we had seen earlier that day. As I called the listing agent to let her know we were returning, the seller/executor showed up. Stars seemed to align as we hit it off. As the buyer and seller talked, they found connections and common ground through loved ones they’ve lost, and by the time we left we were all in tears. It was beautiful, and I consider myself lucky to have been part of their journey and to have witnessed that special moment 🌟
