And let’s be honest… how can one person truly represent both sides fairly?

Having your own agent means having someone to guide strategy, negotiate where possible, and protect you through the process.

1. You’re probably NOT getting a deal
The commission is already built in—so the price usually doesn’t change. The listing agent may just get paid both sides.

2. No one is representing YOU
Who’s negotiating inspections, repairs, timelines, and price in your favor? Not the listing agent.

3. Dual agency = divided loyalty
One agent trying to protect both buyer and seller… while also earning both commissions?
How does that even work 🤯
