Finding answers can be cumbersome and confusing. JCM Property Management is a fully licensed LLC and have been managing 90+ properties for 20+ years in Pennsylvania and we stay informed and on top of what is right and wrong when it comes to both sides of a residential lease. Finding comments in answer to your questions, searching the Internet will produce numerous opinions by tenants and landlords as to solutions to issues. We are here for you to answer questions and quote your supported rights for both sides. we are not attorneys or legal advisors however, we know what is right or wrong and are here to reply to your questions.
