Thinking about filing for bankruptcy, but worried you might lose your house in the process?

Single mom Rachel was drowning.

After her divorce, medical bills from her son's surgery pushed her into bankruptcy.

Finding comparable sales for a unique property appraisal (and applying the adjustments for the differences) I always follow these 3 principles:

1 - Be creative and think outside of the box

2 - But also, use common sense and sound judgment

3 - Most importantly, be able to clearly explain the process and support our opinion so that our Client understands our reasoning.
