Congratulations to my clients for purchasing this wonderful townhome in Mullica Hill, NJ.
Homes in ideal locations are still selling quickly — often with multiple offers. Luckily, we avoided a bidding war on this one and were able to get it under contract after just 3 days on the market. Through inspection contingencies, we also negotiated an additional $10,000 off the contract price.

For anyone in a similar position, just know that it can take time. It can be an emotional journey. There are a lot of steps involved, especially when buying and selling at the same time.
