Happy National Intern Day to our Class of 2026 interns!

We're grateful for the enthusiasm and hard work this group has brought to Campus Apartments this summer. From supporting our Philadelphia maintenance teams to taking on projects across our corporate departments, they've made a meaningful impact throughout the organization.

They also had the opportunity to tour our newest development at the University of Maryland, giving them a firsthand look at a community developed from the ground up.

We’re proud to introduce our Summer 2026 Intern Class: Cole, Dylan, Fallon, Jack, Justin, Matthew, Myles, and Ryan.

Throughout the summer, our interns will gain hands-on experience through departmental rotations and weekly Lunch & Learn sessions with company leaders, helping them grow professionally and gain valuable industry experience.

Today, the group had the opportunity to join our CEO, David Adelman, for a discussion on building a company, investing in people, and the principles that drive long-term success.
