In July 2024, Campus Apartments and Mosaic Mdp entered into a development agreement with the Maryland Economic Development Corporation (MEDCO) to design, develop, and construct Discovery House, a 741-bed graduate student community coming to the University of Maryland in Fall 2026.

This public-private partnership reflects our continued commitment to delivering innovative housing solutions alongside industry-leading collaborators, including Gensler, James G. Davis Construction (DAVIS), Smoot Construction, and OLIN.

We’re proud to be part of this expansion, delivering 465 fully furnished units designed to meet the evolving needs of graduate students in College Park.
