Today I’m feeling incredibly blessed and grateful for something that is so easy to take for granted — my eyesight. ❤️

Four years ago, right after I retired from Estée Lauder, my retina detached. I had emergency surgery, and although my eye was healing, I felt like I had only regained a small amount of my vision.

What I didn’t realize was that as my eye was healing, a cataract was growing. Eventually, I became completely blind in my right eye.

Recently, I was finally able to have cataract surgery, and what an amazing difference! I have my full eyesight back! 🙏

You know the saying, “You don’t know what you have until it’s gone.” I understand those words in a whole new way now.

Being able to see clearly again — the faces of the people I love, the colors around me, and all the little things we see every day without even thinking about them — feels like such a gift.

Thank you, God, for giving me my sight back. I am truly blessed. ❤️🙏

Today, I’m seeing the world with very grateful eyes. 👀❤️
