Armaco Construction, Inc. is an established masonry restoration and waterproofing contractor serving the Greater Philadelphia region since 2011. We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced **PCC Mechanic** with strong skills in masonry pointing, joint sealant installation, and masonry cleaning. # # Position Responsibilities

* Brick and stone repointing
* Joint sealant (caulking) installation and replacement
* Masonry cleaning and façade restoration
* Concrete repair and restoration
* Waterproofing applications
* Lintel replacement assistance
* Operate hand and power tools safely
* Work from scaffolding, swing stages, and aerial lifts as required
* Maintain a safe, professional, and productive job site

# # Qualifications

* Experience as a PCC Mechanic or in masonry restoration
* Proficient in pointing, caulking, and masonry cleaning
* Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds
* OSHA certification is a plus but not required
