Whew! Big morning out here in West Philly near 63rd and Lancaster. Got the soil lines in (thank the Lord the lateral was good!) finished restoration of this beautiful old cornice atop the sidewall of this complete multi-family restoration. Wish I had before pics because this was totally disintegrated.

Big thanks to John and his crew at Mark Katona roofing who completely ripped this slate monster off and re-shingled it.

Back at it! Trying to get this exterior fully wrapped before we actually get winter weather. Huge thanks to for banging out the composite panels on the front bay! Awesome progress in just 2 days for front and rear!
