Steve’s Story

Originally from the Philadelphia area, I was a broke college student at St. Joseph’s University who had no idea what I wanted to do with my life.

I absolutely hated my major (accounting) so I began looking for other avenues. I tried the stock market (the topic of money fascinates me), but that took WAAAY too long to build wealth and since I was broke, I needed money now.

I eventually came across the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad and that sucked me into the world of entrepreneurship and eventually, real estate.

I began flipping houses, but I hated all of the babysitting and the experience was not all that rewarding. However, when I saw the faces of the buyers who purchased our projects, I knew being a real estate agent was something that I could do well at.
