Before and After 2464 Memphis
Purchased, started and completed in the peak of COVID, 2464 Memphis Street is our most recently SOLD project.
With product delays, inflation on materials and contractors who were swamped, it was a difficult year, yet this was our best final product that was sold before hitting the market at full ask.
We are so grateful to have gotten to this point in our experience and will be continuing to produce more of these high level, luxury flips in the near future. Keep your eyes peeled 👀 for what’s coming next!

Saw this today in a house we’re considering Needless to say there’s been some over the years. It’s funny to see how much effort someone put in to making this window airtight, and even angling the transom board so the top is this house needs a lot of work so we’ll see if they accept our offer.

latest project 8315 Rodney Street, hit the market today!

We are holding an OPEN HOUSE 🏠 Today, Sunday, March 21st from 2-4PM. Come on by!

We initially imagined this project to be a cosmetic rehab, but it quickly turned into, essentially, a full gut rehab. Thanks to our contractor , we were able to get it done and looking beautiful. We are thrilled with the finished product. Thank you for finding us this project. Thank you for the 📸.Teamwork makes the dream work.

I was recently walking through a Philly house we were considering when I came upon this treasure in the basement. It’s a signed 1940’s map by Jon Gnagy of the town where we grew up!
Details include the Bucks County Playhouse and an apocryphal 400lb sturgeon, Colligan’s Inn in Stockton, , apparently noted for beer, as well as New Hope Highschool, our alma mater , and even the Holmquist School for Girls founded by our great aunt!!
We didn’t end up buying the house, but we were able to make a deal on the map! It’s going to Solebury School to help future generations appreciate the areas rich history.
