I was born in the Port Richmond section of Philly but have lived and worked out of the 19124 zip since the late 60's. I started my career in the new home construction industry out in Bucks County as a carpenter and moved to the property management industry after being laid off late in 1979. ry good at spotting problems, making the repairs, and making a property presentable to show (Staging). Through making these repairs I learned plumbing, heating, drain cleaning, plaster, painting, electrical, masonry, flooring, roofing, appliance repair, and all the building systems. I now have more than 30 years experience in the property management industry and I became a Licensed Registered Master Plumber. I am expanding into the real estate sales industry because I think I can help people through the process.
