Story Time.... I met this client through the referral of one of my best friends and on paper she was super prepared... but mentally she was scared to death of going through this process.. Her hands were literally shaking when we met.

I calmed her down by reminding her that 1stly, outside of my heels on 5'3 so noone should be scared of me, secondly I gave her my promise as I do all my cllients that this process is seamless and not hard at all. We simply arrive prepared and we execute...

We searched for homes for about 2 weeks, I helped her realize the style of home she liked and we found THE ONE...

Interest rates have increased mtg payments BUT if you work with a lender who is creative and committed to your goal you can get pretty close to what you need. My lender did just that... Ask about POINTS...

Sooo happy for boop boop. She shook her way right to that closing table... THE LESSON.. DO IT SCARED, It still counts! :)

Now this post is well overdue but SO SO important none the less. My client did her homework and prepared for her first home purchase and as a reward she got the most beautiful home. Its literally perfect! Congrats again! :)

Just a snippet of one of the most beautiful reviews I've ever received.... This transaction took us down a windy road, to say the least as my client lives in another country.... At the end of the day, we got it done. I like to think of myself as a wedding consultant... Always keep the bride(my client) happy. I'm always happiest when my clients are happy.
