Holland project is completed. We are so proud that this once neglected, filthy, smelly, clogged with anything you name it house was transformed into the beautiful home. From the moment you stepped inside, you will be captivated by modern upgrades and finishes throughout. Each detail was meticulously designed to provide maximum functionality and comfort. Outside the property received a nice facelift as well. We changed the backyard from the place keeping all junk into the beautiful and cozy retreat. See the final pictures for this project.

We completed renovation of this 3 beds/1.5 baths townhome in Holland PA. We’ve breathed a new life into this home which was in desperate need for some love. When do you think this filter was changed last time???
We had HVAC system checked in our latest rehab house. To our shock, we discovered that the filter had not been changed in many, many years, and was absolutely filthy!
Not only it was caked with dust and debris, but it was also inhibiting the airflow through the system, which can lead to all sorts of problem.
Dirty filters can cause HVAC system to work harder and less efficiently, leading to higher energy bills and potentially costly repairs down the line.
So please take a moment and check your HVAC filter and make sure it’s clean and functioning properly.

Exciting news! 🏠 We're starting a new rehab project for a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhome and we can't wait to get started. We're planning on completely transforming this space with new floors, fresh paint, modern fixtures, and updated kitchen and bathrooms. Our goal is to create a beautiful and functional living space that will make a great home for someone in the future. Follow us along on this journey as we share updates on our progress and some behind-the-scenes looks at what it takes to turn a fixer-upper into a dream home.

When we look for the properties for our projects, we go though many old houses. Every old house has its story and sometimes a secret - some have hidden treasures in the attic or crawl space, some could have a secret door to the creepy basement, some have the things that are just unexplainable from the architectural prospective. This house was not occupied for 29! years but you can tell it was nicely maintained by the last (and only) owner. The kitchen had this GE electrical double oven range from 1959, which was really cool by itself. But inside the oven we found the "Use and Care" manual from 1959, with the owner writing, and in excellent condition. It was very touching.

Project in Ambler is complete.
This one was very special for us as we bought this property in a community that got hit hard by tornado during hurricane Ida on 9/1/2021. It was just heartbreaking to see the damages done to the properties that happened to be in the path of the tornado. 104 out of 156 homes in this HOA were damaged. While this property did not sustain structural damages, some of the units had to be fully demolished because of the safety concerns. Most of the old beautiful trees were gone and landscaping required major cleanup. Township worked hard to rebuild community and we are proud to be the part of that effort. In order to assess if there were any structural damages, all walls had to be taken down to the studs. So, the townhome was pretty much re-built: new roof, new exterior. Windows miraculously survived - except one round window was replaced and just glass was replaced in four front panels. Interior of the house was replaced as well. The house already found the new owners and the project is complete. We love how it turned out.

Update on Ambler Project
All exterior is finished and we can move on to the interior works.
The siding was done by P.B.J. Roofing and Siding. They replaced all siding, facia, installed new gutters, downspouts.
Jim and his crew were a pleasure to work with - very professional, friendly, great communication through all process. You can tell that they did an excellent job by looking at before and after pictures. If anyone needs siding or roofing done, message us for the contact information.

The roof was replaced.
Finally all the water that was coming through the roof, through two floors down to the basement with every heavy rain is stopped! The roofing was done by AVCAL Roofing. We highly recommend this business. They did very good job, quickly, ontime. Great guys.

Ambler Townhouse is one of our latests project.
This community was badly hit by hurricane Ida. The hurricane damaged at least 104 out of 156 homes in this community and the words cannot describe the devastation and pain the residents went through. We feel that brining this townhome back to life is though a relatively small effort on the large scale but it is a help. This is how the house looked when we saw it for the first time.
