The lot directly next to the waterfront land they were buying was off market, I found out who the owners were, found their contact info, and reached out to them to have a discussion about selling their property.

After a little back-and-forth negotiation, I was able to secure my client a fantastic deal on this second piece of land directly next to their waterfront lot!

They now have 8000 feet of waterfront property!

I can’t wait to see the massive elevated home they build!

Congratulations to my out-of-state buyers for their beautiful waterfront vacant land purchase! Two lots side by side. Wait till you hear the details of the deal I got them!

They are planning to flee the cold and the exuberant New Jersey property taxes, and settle on the best coast in the best state in the country!

I can’t wait to see what they do with the property!

This one tried all of our patience!

After going through multiple legal setbacks due to the sellers life estate paperwork error, we finally closed on my clients first home!

Real estate isn’t all peaches and cream (shoutout 112), and this one reminded me again why I love doing what I do.

I am the buffer between my clients and the nightmares that unfold under the surface of a real estate transaction.

But I was able to negotiate some amazing concessions for my first time home buyers, that seemingly made it worth the wait.

I worked in a brand new roof 🏠 , a new electrical panel ⚡️, all new electrical GFCI outlets throughout the home 🔌 , all of their closing cost paid by the seller 🤑 , and the seller paid to lock in their rate 📈!

Could not be more excited for this young family as they start this exciting new chapter!

This one was several months in the making!

Met this young family a few months ago and began the search for their first home!

After listening to and hearing all the must haves they were looking for, I got to work.

A short two weeks in we found THE ONE!! We went under contract with a closing date of mid April.

As most of you don’t know, buying a home is not all rainbows and butterflies. This was a life estate situation that at no fault of ours ran into several legal hurdles that the seller had to overcome. This delayed closing for a month and a half.

I was able to negotiate some killer concessions, had the seller pay to lock in my clients rate and negotiated our way to the closing table. More details to come!

Could not be more excited for this young family as they start the next chapter in their story, creating lifelong memories in their first time!

This one was EXTRA special. I have known my friend turned client since she was a baby back in Philly .
