I know the prices are appealing, but I highly encourage folks to look elsewhere or continue saving. This builder *will* lie to you throughout the purchase process about the state of the property, improvements to be made, and about repair work status--and their contract ensures that you can not hold them accountable in any way. This business is beyond unethical, and they care only about profits, not the lower-income folks they claim to want to help.
