Luxury modular homes ‼️ thoughts??

Here are mine: the biggest misconception is that “modular” means low-end. Modern luxury modular homes can actually offer several advantages over traditional custom construction.

1. Faster move in timelines
2. Better quality control - More consistent craftsmanship and fewer construction defects.
3. Energy efficiency - lower utility bills especially during hot Scottsdale summers 🥵
4. Modern architecture - the plans we have for Scottsdale aesthetic
5. Potential cost savings - More budget available for premium lots, pools, landscaping, and finishes
6. Structural strength - there engineered to withstand transportation to site. Built with stronger framing systems
7. Reduced construction risk - fewer surprises during the construction process
8. Sustainability - Factory construction generally creates less waste and uses materials more efficiently. 🌍

These aren’t modular homes but precision-built luxury residences. What do you think?

Most of you, including myself, think I’m just crazy for the extreme sports I do or how I’ve been able to build such a successful business at such a young age and all along the answers were just in my genetics 🧬

I recently did a genetics test with my coach and it came back that I am low on dopamine receptors

Which makes so much sense for why I struggle so much in my day to day routine and sticking to doing the mundane boring tasks that as I’ve gotten more successful the resistance towards it has grown even bigger.

I tend to lean more towards making every day an emotional decision based, but the truth is most of the things that change your life aren’t exciting. They’re repetitive. They’re ordinary. They’re often boring. The people who build extraordinary businesses aren’t the ones who have extraordinary motivation.

So instead of beating myself up for not loving the above my coach has put together a bio hacking stack to support my dopamine receptors so I can go out and build an even more extraordinary life and business.

So if you’re currently feeling like the above just know you it’s not just you. There’s a way to support and build the version of you you’re striving to become. 🤍
