Client Appreciation Event ! 🤍

We rented out a movie theater for our Clients and their family to come watch the movie Hopper. This was by far one of my favorite events yet.

We become so close to our clients during the home buying process, I often times say best friends for 3 months lol. And often times afterwards realtors never see their clients again until they’re ready to buy 5-10 years later.

Our clients consistently refer us business and we are so grateful for them. We put these events together to show much they are loved and appreciated and to spend some quality time together since so many turn from clients to friends!

If you are one of our clients and you couldn’t make I hope to see you at the next one and to everyone who did make it we hope you loved the movie as much as we did !

Why do you think people are healthier and happy in Scottsdale?

This is my thoughts
- our weather permits people to be out year round. Golf, walking, biking, hiking, pool culture. Activity naturally increases and doesn’t feel like a workout
- sunlight affects mood! 300 days of sunshine 🌞
- higher disposable income! Spending it on happier happy hours 🙂‍↔️ as well as on better healthcare, organic foods, fitness memberships

Realtors won’t do this, and that’s why they lose (and sellers lose their equity)

They agree to the price you want to get the listing. And it ends up costing you days on market, costly price reduction, and a loss of equity.

In a buyer leaning market, surgical pricing is everything, and it protects your equity more than chasing the market down.

Every listing our team didn’t get because we said no to listing high those sellers sat on market for 6+ months, failed to sell, and now they come back to us and the comps are lower than when we initially had a conversation.

Here’s a perspective to keep in mind: in 2008 the sellers that looked like they were losing because they were the first to sell at a lower price were actually the sellers WINNING. because they sold and got their cash out before prices came down to where they couldn’t sell.

Obviously we are not in 2008 - but we are selling less homes in Arizona NOW than we did in 2008. We saw a 60% increase in value because of Covid. Those prices on homes are correcting due to the higher interest rates and lower demand. Not a substantial amount but even 5% on a $800k home is $40,000 in a sellers pocket.

Interview agents. Pick the one with a proven track record and be cautious of the ones willing to list at whatever price you want without giving you a full perspective of the cost associated with that decision.
