9️⃣ of 1️⃣2️⃣ in our quest!
September was so very special. We hiked the Piestewa summit, but connected to the Freedom Trail on the way down, in honor of Charlie Kirk on the anniversary of his horrific and cowardly assassination. We also had the honor of celebrating the life of Sue’s son, Ryan, whose life was stolen in a terrible accident earlier this year.
Getting out in God’s creation is truly healing, especially when you share the moment with loved ones. I was grateful to make this memory with some amazing, strong women. 💪🏼 ⛰️ 🌵 🌄
A huge thank you to our friend Ken Ken Koshio, who played Sue’s favorite song to her son for us. My auntie is the best at making every moment special for everyone. 🤍

I’m grateful for every opportunity to serve my clients. This one was certainly no exception. 🙏🏼
The timing wasn’t ideal, nor was it favorable. Things adjusted swiftly from the initial discussion over a year ago. 📉
Coupled with a slow summer and a strong buyer’s market, it could have been bleak, despite an incredibly gorgeous home to offer potential buyers. 😍
But they trusted me and we did the work. They were patient and we were persistent. 💪🏼
In the end, I was able to negotiate terms of a favorable deal. ✍🏼
Then the appraisal. You have to know the market on a hyper-local level. And when you do, you can actually get a VA appraiser to adjust the value. And significantly. If you know, you know. 😉
It was hard work. It was emotional at times. And it was worth it to know I did the best for my clients and that my diligence paid off for them. 🤌🏼
