The focus of this group is to unite local Black/African-American investors, brokers, realtors, rehabbers, and/or in other businesses affiliated with real estate. In forming these coalitions we will re-learn how to work and trust one another which will lead to buying property, building businesses, and employing our own people. The target real estate investment areas would be:

ultiple-family homes, Apartment Building, Commercial Building, Commercial Buildings Downtown, Public and Private Schools, Hospitals etc...
At the same time we would network with other black communities/cities in the United State to build a nation wide network of real estate businesses with a propose in mind to regain control of our communities/cities. Through hard work and dedication we would rebuild/ retake our own communities, and not use any outside support from any other groups. We know as black people we don’t own all the materials, tools, and resources to make this happen, so at times it would be understandable to do business with other groups to accomplish our goal

I recall that I worked pretty hard on getting this one sold, which is why I had to use Facebook marketplace. 6 years ago, 70k for this property in South Phoenix was considered pushing it.

April 2018, I participated in this South Phoenix deal. 2 houses on a lot, block construction 3bd/1ba, 2bd/1ba, complete rehab down to the studs. The price was $113k. Today, according to Zillow and Redfin, it is a $400k+ property. The lesson is, never wait to buy real estate, rather, buy real estate and wait.
