𝗠𝘆𝘁𝗵: “Needs updating” means the homeowner did not take care of the property.
𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁: This phrase usually refers to features, finishes, or design styles that may not match current buyer preferences. It does 𝗻𝗼𝘁 mean the home has been neglected or poorly maintained.
