The NEW smart technology enabled Laundry Machines have been installed! Read all the information below…

Residents,

After a very long wait, the NEW laundry machines have arrived on property! The old machines were long overdue to be replaced. CSC Service Works, the company that owns and maintains the laundry equipment has installed new smart technology enabled laundry machines that are faster, more efficient, and reliable.

Smart Technology & Payment Changes:
The old credit card reader machines on the wall have been removed, they're not compatible with the NEW smart technology enabled laundry machines. These new smart technology enabled laundry machines will no longer accept physical credit cards. Each machine has a QR code to scan with your mobile device to accept mobile forms of payment to start the machines (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card Info, Mobile Wallets, etc.) via the website or even more convenient, the CSC GO Mobile App (see below).

As smart as the laundry machines are now, they will also continue to take coins as well. The price has increased slightly, please see machines for new prices.

Laundry is now even easier with CSC GO Mobile App, which enables you to pay for a wash or dry using a Credit Card or digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. You can also add money to the digital wallet in the app. It makes it easy to lookup machine availability before you head to the laundry room, notifies you when your clothes are ready and add more time if you need it without walking down to the laundry room.

> Get alerts when your washer/dryer cycle is complete

> View your payment and transaction history

> Request CSC GO Service or Refund right from the app

> Refer a Neighbor or Friend and earn a bonus for every Neighbor or Friend that creates an account and does laundry, some limits apply

Friendly reminder:

We wanted to issue a few friendly reminders that were seeing a lot of violations on. Per our Manor House Rules and Regulations, Vehicles must be pulled in facing forward they may NOT be backed in. This is for security purposes so patrolling police can see plates and if something happens to your vehicle we can capture the plate number of the impacted vehicle.

Secondly, patios… empty pots, dead plants, non-patio furniture, household items, etc. may NOT be stored on your patio. PMP did a walk through this week and issues several courtesy notices and violations for uncorrected patios from the last check.

It’s no secret, the heat is taking a toll on our beautiful trees and bushes. We’re watering all we can. Just gotta get through these hot temps! We’ve been in constant contact with our landscapers to do all we can. The good news, they told us our community is fairing much better than most and they also said we’re very lucky to have such a beautiful collection of large nature unique trees! 🌴🌳🥰

We’ll have a Notary on-site to notarize your CC&R Ballots.

We’ll also be reviewing and approving the 2023 Budget and Monthly Assessments. We STRONGLY encourage owners to attend.
