TSMC has partnered with Pulte Group on a 6,000-acre master-planned community called NorthPark right next to their Arizona plant. The project includes 15,000+ homes, new commercial space, preserved desert land, and a 900-acre innovation corridor tied to TSMC’s future expansion.
