Blandford Homes update on :

The Upper Canyon club house is at frame stage. DR Horton’s models are currently framing and Pulte Homes have just started their models. It’s exciting as our land development team is currently working on completing the entry monuments and the roads & landscaping off Liberty Lane & Chandler Blvd.

Since Blandford Homes infrastructure is further within in the Upper Canyon development; it’s always been planned to start our models after the other 2 builders. We hope to have approvals within +-3-4 weeks to be able to pull permits for our sales office & new model homes.

My guess is we’ll have models completed and be ‘on-site’ somewhere between possibly EOM June - September.

We’re still waiting for model information (floor plans, elevations, pricing, lot premiums, maps and more, etc.). We’ll keep you posted. Please feel free to text, call or email anytime.

Met with DR Horton last week. They have permits and are the first builder to be able to sell homes in Upper Canyon. Framing started this week on the models and they are expected to be complete by the end of March/ early April! They are also starting on spec homes and those will be completed mid - end May. You can expect dirt to complete 100-120 days timing. Efficient builds with 10' ceilings, 42" upper cabinets, larger tile flooring and so much more. Currently they are offering $8k in closing costs and 4.99% FIXED 30 year conventional with their financing.
