Many buyers don't realize that when visiting a new construction community, your Realtor® should accompany you on your very first visit.

At Upper Canyon, if you register or tour the community without your agent present, the builder will likely consider you an unrepresented buyer and may not allow outside representation later in the process.

While the builder's sales team is knowledgeable and helpful, it's important to remember that they represent the builder's interests. Having your own Realtor® gives you an advocate throughout the process—someone who can help you evaluate options, negotiate where possible, review contracts, and guide you through the build and closing process.

Big news! All three builders are now selling in . Blandford Homes now permitted and will have premium lots released and contracts ready this weekend! I can send you model floorplans not yet released if interested. Just send me a DM.
