The Kachina property is back on the market. Listed at $318,400. Realtor indicates several interested parties have scheduled 2nd and 3rd viewings. Looks like someone is going to have a fabulous new home in the new year!

Current project update: Monday-New Dual Pane window install will be completed and Electrician will be done with all electrical and lighting upgrades, New heat pump unit is installed and is soooo quiet and efficient. With this work complete we can start closing up all the walls and ready for tape and texture, then floors, then cabinets. New roof should be going on next week as well. Won't be long now.

Making great progress on current project...bathroom tile almost finished, new dual pane windows starting to go in, new a/c unit ordered, Kitchen cabinets will be here next week and much more. Can't wait for the big reveal!

Have some great new properties on the horizon. A friend will be getting a nice bonus for helping us find one of them.
