I've looked at plenty of investment properties over the years, and many come with a long list of things you'll need to do before they start producing income.

💜 One thing I'd point out if we were walking through this property together...

I'd spend less time talking about the finishes and more time talking about flexibility.

Today it's operating successfully as a furnished short-term rental with a strong guest history.

Tomorrow? You have options.

Every once in a while, I walk through a home and think, "Whoever buys this one is going to appreciate it more and more over time."

This was one of those homes.

Not because it has the flashiest upgrades.

Not because it's the biggest house in the neighborhood.

Because everything about it feels practical, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.

One of the first things I noticed was the floor plan. Having both the primary suite and an additional bedroom on the main level gives this home a flexibility that isn't always easy to find.
