I have been so busy this month that I honestly forgot to post some recent movement.

1. Listed 101 Daggette Dr in Buena Vista. 3 bed 1 bath ranch on a beautiful cul-de-sac next to Butlers golf course.

2. Sold 1372 Washington Blvd in Port Vue! Was excited to help my seller buy his next level home first then help him sell this one which was his starter home.

3. 406 Seymour Dr in West Newton is a private gem. As a dual agent on this one I’m representing both buyer and seller. Super happy for both parties.

4. Listed 4492 Brownsville Rd in Whitehall which is now under contract! Super excited for my seller. We got her a new house several months ago so her mission to transition is almost complete.

5. 606 Stauffer Ave in Scottdale is going to be the new home for my buyer who couldn’t be more excited for their future!
