I am beyond thrilled to congratulate Jess, Orry, and sweet little Chloe on purchasing their very first home! This one is extra special for me — helping my daughter’s best friend and her family find the perfect place to begin this next chapter is truly an honor.

On Wednesday, November 26th, they officially became homeowners just in time for the holiday season. There’s something magical about receiving the keys to your future right before the holidays, and I couldn’t be any happier for this beautiful family.

Jess and Orry, you two worked so hard, stayed so focused, and trusted the process every step of the way. Chloe now has a home where she’ll grow up, make memories, and create traditions that will last a lifetime.
