When I went to BPCON this past fall, and had the opportunity to meet David Greene, who I had been listening to and learning from for years during his time on the Biggerpockets podcast, I hadn't yet explored these two books of his on becoming a Rockstar real estate agent: "Sold" and "Skill" 📚
Little did I know they would become a fantastic foundation as I build that wing of my business up here in 2026 🚀
In these books, I absolutely love his structured, strategic approach, infused with a focus on which habits are the most crucial to develop, building systems, psychology, and the subtle but impactful "difference-makers" that set the top producing and highly effective agents apart in a crowded industry 👬👬
If you are already an agent, and looking to become your best version, or contemplating getting into the field, I highly recommend these books! 🙌 (He also has a 3rd book in the series, "Scale", that I'm looking forward to it when I approach that level of progress.) Fundamentals, momentum, and experience first, and I've already started implementing many of the things I've learned here in my business, and am starting to see the results bear fruit.
Don't forget about including books, content, and the continued pursuit of improvement into your life on a regular basis. You're busy, I get it, me too, but self-improvement is worth it. Ive read my share of physical books, but in this case, I listened to the audiobooks 🎧, often on the go... Car 🚗 , gym 🏋️♂️, and while waiting in lines and for people ⌚. Sometimes, we simply have to create the time.
Have you read/listened to these books or anything by David Greene? What did you think?
Is there a different book on this subject that you would also recommend!?
And finally, a big thank you to for his passion for teaching and helping others! As a teacher myself by trade, it's inspirational, and you are absolutely making an impact! 💪
