There’s something extra special about helping someone who used to live just down the street. 💚

Judee found the condo she wanted, but we still needed to sell her house. Howard Hanna’s Buy Before You Sell program gave her the flexibility to purchase the condo first, then focus on preparing and selling her house without trying to coordinate both closings at once.
