We require up to date vaccination records and licenses for pets before they can enter the property, but we don’t require additional rent or deposits for pets. There are no breed or weight restrictions. However, all of our tenants are required to carry renter’s insurance, so your agent will need to be aware of your pets. Our places typically rent from summer to summer. However, we often have apartments available in other seasons when new properties finish renovation or existing tenants move. We know situations change unexpectedly in life, so we allow or tenants to find approved renters to sublet or take over their leases at any time with no penalties or fees.
