Bright side: today’s mortgage rates are lower then last year which means for a $104,500 house, conventional 5% down, 30 year- loan at 2.99% will cost you around $778/month!

mortgage rates dropped again = locked in rates for 30 years = ability to afford more home = lower mortgage payment.

In other words, by lowering the interest rate, your mortgage could be LESS then you’re current rent!

Don’t fret, there are programs to put 0%, 3.5%, or 5% and the conventional 20% down as well as sellers assist to help curb the cost of closing!

Potentially could be in a $100k house for only $3500 down!
