Honestly?
If I’m not with my family, I’m grinding.
Over the last 12 years, I’ve had dozens of people probably more, tell me they want to do what I’m doing.
And I get it. From the outside, it looks exciting. Fast. Scalable. Free.
But when they get a glimpse of the pressure, the pace, and the stress you have to manage?
Most people wilt, instead of embrace the opportunity that is on the other side of learning.
What’s made the difference for me isn’t some morning routine or miracle planner. It’s this:
I’ve gotten really good at blocking out noise and staying dialed in on signal.....not noise.
I keep a weekly list of high-value tasks. Not just busy work, but the stuff that actually moves the needle.
When I take a call or get interrupted, I glance at the list and get right back in the lane.
I make decisions without ego, and I move fast, that combo alone helps me get more done than most.
But if I’m being real? None of that matters without the team.
Because no system, checklist, or SOP library can make up for the wrong people around you.
