2 years in the making (maybe 3)... Sometimes when you know exactly what you want it can feel frustrating, because you can't look at houses as often. We stuck with the plan though, and jumped on this opportunity when we found it. Now, with some paint, new flooring, and minor updates, my friend Orlando will have his perfect home!

Found the perfect property for my repeat clients, Steve and Novie to add to their rental portfolio. We originally met a few years ago to look for a home of their own to live in. Now year after year, I get to help them add a house to their portfolio to help cover the expenses on their own home!

Just bought 3 units to renovate and make available as rentals! I partnered up with my buddy Alex Pershing to buy a ranch in Port Vue, and a duplex in South Park. So excited to transform these properties into something people will be proud to call home!
