🚨 Quick PSA from your local Realtors! 🚨

If you ever get a call that looks like it’s from me—or another local Realtor—trying to sell you Medicare, asking for your personal insurance information, or requesting money… please know it’s a scam! 📵

I can confidently say that the agents here at The American Dream, and really the Realtors around Perry in general, are NOT going to randomly call you asking for your insurance information or trying to get money from you.

Now, there is one exception… 😂

If you’re under contract with one of us, we might be calling to say, “Heyyyy… did you remember to get that escrow deposit over to the title company?” 🏡💰🤣

Other than that, if “I” suddenly call trying to sell you Medicare… hang up! I promise I haven’t changed careers overnight. 😂

Scammers are getting pretty creative with spoofing phone numbers, so please be careful, protect your personal information, and when in doubt, hang up and call your Realtor directly at the number you already have saved. ❤️🏡
