The opportunity to work with people like Ray & Gail is why I’m in the real estate business!

This was the tenth home they’ve lived in across several states, so I knew they were very familiar with the entire transaction process. I was overjoyed when I learned they wanted to give me the opportunity to list their home, but I also knew I had to deliver!

We utilized Zillow’s new Listing Showcase program to capture and display this home in a whole new way, and the results were incredible! We had close to a dozen showings and multiple offers in the first day on the market!

In the end, we accepted an offer well above the list price and with terms that provided the flexibility they needed through the moving process. Overall, it was an incredibly smooth transaction from start to finish.

Ray & Gail have become more than just clients to me, and I can’t thank them enough for the trust and opportunity they gave me. I wish them all the best as they close this chapter in Indiana!

I’m excited to share more about my first-time homebuyer clients later but making that call to tell them our offer was accepted is a feeling that will never get old!

After viewing around 10 homes together, they had a different energy and excitement when we walked into 5318 Cliff Ridge Dr. It didn’t take long to know we were going to make an offer!

Now the pressure was on… This newly-renovated home had lots of previous showings and a few scheduled after we went in. We drove to our final showing of the day, and while they checked it out, I broke open my laptop and began preparing a really strong offer that checked all the boxes for my client.

After only 24 hours on the market, we were able to navigate through a multiple offer situation and accepted one well above list price with great terms!

My biggest takeaway is the strategy behind pricing your home MATTERS!

To (hopefully) sell faster than the average days on market, my clients decided to price their home below the numbers I presented to them in our listing appointment.
