🏓 Ace Pickleball Club is now open in North Brunswick, delivering a 26,500 SF experiential concept centered on fitness, wellness and community engagement.

Experiential uses like this continue to drive traffic, increase dwell time and enhance the overall customer experience.

Brunswick Shopping Center is a 288,000-square-foot retail destination located in the heart of North Brunswick’s primary retail corridor just off Route 1 on Milltown Road, serving a dense and well-established Middlesex County trade area. Anchored by Lidl, the center is home to a strong mix of national and regional tenants, including LA Fitness, Dollar Tree and Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and continues to evolve with a curated mix of retail, service and experiential uses.

A major milestone at West Orange Plaza 🎯

Target is now open at the 298,000-square-foot, Whole Foods-anchored shopping center—bringing a long-awaited retail destination and expanded convenience to the West Orange community.

The approximately 150,000-square-foot Target is the retailer’s 55th store in New Jersey and one of three it has opened in the state over the past year.

This opening reflects the continued transformation of the property, with leasing momentum and a multimillion-dollar redevelopment effort underway, led by Levin’s construction management team.

Somerset Shopping Center is a 219,000-square-foot community shopping destination ideally located on Route 202/206 near the Somerville Circle in Bridgewater. Anchored by Barnes & Noble, the property features a strong mix of national retailers, restaurants and service providers, including Gap Factory, Fortunoff Backyard Store, Liquor Cave, Norman’s Hallmark, Men’s Wearhouse, Pearle Vision, Optimum and Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa.
